Notice of Nantong Urban and Rural Construction Bureau on Doing a Good Job Summary for This Year and Research on the Work Plan for Next Year

According to the requirements of the superior department and the annual work arrangement, all departments and units are requested to carry out the review and summary of this year's work as soon as possible, and scientifically plan the work arrangement for next year. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Material content
Looking back on this year, it is necessary to compare the "Notice of Nantong Urban and Rural Development Bureau on Decomposing and Implementing the Work Points and Task Decomposition of the Standing Committee of the Nantong Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2014" (Tong Jian Ban [2014] No. 88), "Nantong Urban and Rural Development Bureau on Decomposition" Notice on Implementing the Key Work Tasks of the Municipal Government in 2014 and the Purpose of Implementing Practical Items for the Private The key tasks proposed in documents such as Tongjianban [2014] No. 144), as well as the functional work objectives determined by each department and unit at the beginning of the year, carefully sort out and extract distinctive, innovative, and effective work, and analyze the existing problems realistically. Planning for next year, based on the background of the "13th Five-Year Plan" development, in-depth analysis of the development situation and opportunities from the overall and strategic perspective, a comprehensive understanding of the new requirements for reform, fully implement the latest decisions and arrangements of the central and provincial and municipal committees, and closely integrate with the municipal party committee. 74 key research topics were identified, and 105 preliminary research topics during the "13th Five-Year Plan" were identified by the municipal government, and practical goals, ideas and measures were put forward. Work goals need to have quantitative content, work ideas need to have expected results, and work measures need to have specific starting points.
2. Relevant requirements
It is necessary to make summarizing and reviewing this year and research and planning for next year as an important task at present, and earnestly implement it. The materials formed should be focused and concise, and the number of words should be controlled within 3000 words. The person in charge of the division must personally check to ensure that the summary work is objective, the planning work is feasible, the data is accurate and unified, and the key content must be reported to the leader in charge for approval.
3. Reporting time
Before leaving get off work on November 3, be sure to submit the printed and electronic manuscripts of written materials to the bureau office without delay. The printed text should be signed by the leader in charge. E-mail: 3512711307@163.com.
