The group company subordinate to Nantong Haimen District Administration of Housing and Urban-rural Construction possesses multiple qualifications, such as Building Engineering Construction EPC Class II Qualification, Electromechanical Engineering Construction EPC Class I Qualification, Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Work Specialized Contracting Class I Qualification, Fire Control Facility Specialized Contracting Class I, Building Decoration Work Specialized Contracting Class I Qualification, Real Estate Development Class II Qualification, Intelligent Work Specialized Contracting Class II Qualification, Municipal Work EPC Class III Qualification and Electric Power EPC Class III Qualification, and also possesses qualification conditions such as boiler installation, pressure pipeline installation, electric facility installation (maintenance and test) license, construction subcontracting, design and construction of gardening engineering, engineering maintenance, enterprise management consulting service, etc. The company group can undertake ordinary industrial and civil construction engineering, installation of general decoration and fitment equipment, installation of no more than 35kV substations and distribution stations, power circuits and power equipment, low and medium-pressure pipes, refrigerating work, ventilation and air conditioning, cleaning air conditioning work, installation of building self-control and intelligence works, various fire control installation works, installation of large and medium-sized sewage treatment work and reclaimed water treatment work, large and medium-sized swimming pool (natatorium) work, large waterscape engineering, installation of city lightening work, construction of municipal utilities, installation of no more than 50t bridge-type and gantry cranes, installation, repair and transformation of integrated or field-assembled boilers (P≤1.6Mpa, D≤10t/n), installation of GB1, GB1 (PE), GB2(2), GC2 pressure pipes, fabrication and installation EPC and specialized contracting of industrial and civil steel structures, overseas engineering contracting, etc.
