1. Guiding ideology

Adjust the influence and countermeasures on cadres and workers, strive to launch a batch of in-depth, weighty and valuable research results, and promote the transformation of results, and continuously improve the political research association's ability to serve leadership decision-making, central work, and work practice. 2. Subject setting
Focusing on solidly advancing urbanization, promoting the integration of urban and rural development, comprehensively promoting the comprehensive improvement of the urban and village environment, continuously improving the urban living environment, vigorously promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, and consolidating and developing the party's mass line education practice achievements, etc., As well as major issues of concern in the field of ideological and political work, deepen investigation and research, and strive to produce more good results in the study of ideas and countermeasures to solve practical problems.
This year, we will focus on 15 aspects of investigation and research (see the attachment for reference topics). While actively participating in the research on key topics, each member unit can also determine 1-2 topics as the key topics for this year according to the unit and work actuality, organize forces to conduct independent research, and submit the research to the Municipal Construction Political Research Association in a timely manner results. The Municipal Construction Political Research Association will organize the review of research articles in mid-October, and compile excellent research results into a book, which will be recommended to "Jiangsu Builders" magazine and other newspapers for public publication, and the best ones will be submitted to the Municipal Research Association to participate in outstanding papers Selection promotion.
3. Job requirements
All units should put the research work in an important position, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of all parties involved in the research, and continuously improve the quality and level of the research work. In combination with the actual work of the unit, it is necessary to carefully organize and arrange carefully, determine specific research topics, formulate research plans, implement the responsible persons for the research, focus on organizing and carrying out various forms of research activities, and work hard to produce results and high-quality products.
Each research paper is about 5,000 words, and requires prominent arguments, well-founded arguments, unique insights and guiding significance.
