This project is the first photovoltaic power generation project invested, developed and constructed by Zhongke Group. It is located on the inner side of the seawall of the Huangtan flat section in Donghai Town, Qidong City, with a total installed capacity of 12,000kW and an area of 330 acres.

The project adopts the production model of "photovoltaic power generation + ecological fishery", and takes advantage of natural environment advantages such as abundant tidal flat lake resources in the local area to construct a photovoltaic power station project with complementary fish and light. The utilization efficiency of water surface resources, the economic value per unit area and the yield rate of land can not only ease the pressure of local power supply, improve the reliability and economy of power grid operation, but also play a good demonstration role in the comprehensive utilization of local land and water resources and the development of low-carbon economy. .

In March 2018, with Qidong Xinsheng New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhongke Group, as the backbone, a construction team was established and stationed at the Huangtian flat section of Donghai Town, Qidong. The construction technical team has professional and rigorous work awareness, serious and responsible work attitude, fine Strict operating procedures, standardized and refined management methods, and a hard-working style of work ensure that the pre-production work of the power station is completed with high quality and quantity. Including the construction of the power station, the construction of infrastructure, the installation and commissioning of power and photovoltaic equipment, and the preparation of various operating procedures for equipment and instruments, detailed inspection of each electrical equipment, each electrical connection point, and the voltage value of each string. The timely feedback and handling of equipment defects ensures the successful grid connection of the power station and the stable operation of the equipment.

The power station has installed a total of 47,000 polysilicon photovoltaic modules with a single power of 270W, 24 inverters, 12 transformers, 60 combiner boxes and related secondary protection and control equipment, power monitoring equipment, etc., with an average annual power generation of 1365.05 million kWh.
