Project Description:
The PetroChina Science and Technology Information Building is located in the PetroChina Science and Technology Innovation Base in Changping District, Beijing, with complete regulations and legal procedures. The building area is 35,600 square meters. The north main building has one basement floor and 11 floors above ground. The eaves are 45m high. The ground floor is the equipment room, and the above ground part is the information collection area. The podium has 2 floors underground and 4 floors above ground, with service rooms and office buildings on the ground. Both are cast-in-place concrete frame-shear wall structures, which started on January 21, 2015 and completed on December 30, 2016.
The project has been promoted and applied by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, such as high-strength steel and BIM technology. Among the ten new technologies, there are 9 major new technologies and 29 sub-items; 6 new enterprise innovations, 3 utility model patents, 1 invention patent, 1 Provincial construction method:
The project won the Beijing "Structural Great Wall Cup" Gold Award in 2016; won the Beijing "Construction Great Wall Cup" Gold Award in 2017, and was awarded the 2018 Gold Award for Petroleum Quality Engineering of China Shishan Engineering Construction Association; Green Construction Demonstration Project"; in 2017, it was rated as "New Technology Application Demonstration Project" in Jiangsu Province. This project has been completed once and has been used for more than 1 year. The maximum cumulative settlement of the main building is 9.8mm, the minimum cumulative settlement is 1.0mm, the maximum cumulative settlement of the podium is 4.0mm, and the minimum cumulative settlement is 0.7mm. The settlement is stable and no Water seepage phenomenon, the project is as good as new.
