Construction undertaken by Haimen Installation (19th Branch): Huzhou Aijia·Royal Garden East District Community (Aijia Huafu) Phase I project fire protection project, a total of 10 building units with a total construction area of 113,500 square meters, of which the underground garage is 17,655 square meters , started in October 2017 and completed in November 2018. In mid-November, Haimen Equipment Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. submitted the "Shanghai "Shen'an Cup" High-quality Installation Engineering Award Application Form" to the Shanghai Installation Industry Association, and passed the project approval of the Shanghai Construction Engineering Green Installation Promotion Center.

Conduct an on-site inspection. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the Shanghai "Shen'an Cup" on-site inspection meeting was held in the owner's conference room, which was attended by representatives of the owner, the supervisor, the general contractor, the construction party and the members of the "Shen'an Cup" evaluation expert group. Comrade Cao Jianfeng presided over the meeting, and firstly conveyed to Comrade Yu Yunzhong, Vice President of Shanghai Installation Industry Association and Chairman of Zhongke Group Haimen Installation, cordial greetings to the experts, and invited them to the Haimen Installation Headquarters for inspection and guidance.

Comrade Cao Qiang, director of Shanghai Installation Industry Association and general manager of Haimen Installation 19 Branch, gave a special report to the expert group on the creation of the "Shen'an Cup" for this project in the form of PPT, introduced the introduction of Haimen installation, and won the "Application for Application". The representative project of the "Safety Cup" Award, the overview and quality of the project, construction difficulties and characteristics, specific measures to create excellence, and photos of construction highlights, etc. Through PPT reports and project summary reports, the experts asked the owners, supervisors, and representatives of the general contractor in detail about the excellence and control measures of Haimen installation during the construction of this project.
Afterwards, the members of the expert group, accompanied by President Cao, the owner and the supervisor, went to the underground garage, water pump room, and monitoring center, and carefully checked the installation of smoke exhaust ducts, fire sprinkler pipes, and monitoring host equipment, and proposed some rectifications. Opinions, preached the new construction specifications, so that the professional construction staff of the project department benefited a lot. After the on-site inspection, the experts commented on the project and spoke highly of Haimen Installation (19th Branch) in terms of model construction, BIM technology, new materials, and green installation. Mr. Cao also had extensive and in-depth exchanges with the leader of the expert group, Mr. Xuan, on the online application, project approval, project summary, PPT audio and video report, and on-site inspection by the expert group to create a "China Installation Star" for our company in the future. Since its establishment, the 19th branch has consistently adhered to the quality policy of "safe-for-users and high-quality projects" for Haimen installation. In 2016, it set the goal of creating a provincial (city)-level high-quality installation project award every year. To this end, a leading group for creating excellence has been established, and a working process for creating excellence has been compiled. The members of the leading group regularly go to the construction-in-progress for inspection and guidance. Each project department holds a 15-minute pre-shift morning meeting every morning to arrange the construction tasks of the day, comment on the progress, safety, quality and other conditions of the previous day, and organize safety and technical training for workers once a week. Through these measures, the comprehensive quality of management personnel at all levels has been comprehensively improved, and the skill and operation level of workers has also been greatly improved.
In the past three years, with the strong support of Mr. Yu, Chairman of Zhongke Group Haimen Installation, and various departments of the company, the 19th branch participated in the Shanghai Installation Industry Skills Competition of "Plastic Craftsmanship, Building and Installation Dreams" in 2016, and won the "Luban" Cup" project management planning scheme third prize. In 2017, it successively hosted the "Jiangsu Province Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Installation Project Excellence Seminar and Observation Conference" and "Lianyungang Sunshine International Building Electromechanical Installation Project Observation Conference". Sunshine International Building's electromechanical installation BIM technology application achievements have successively won the second prize of the 4th Shanghai "Shenxin Cup" BIM Electromechanical Installation Application Innovation Competition, the third prize of the 2017 Installation Star National BIM Application Competition, and the 2018 Jiangsu Province Installation Competition. Excellent Award in Industry BIM Technology Innovation Competition; and won the honorary title of "Advanced Group for 2017 Shanghai Installation Industry Science and Technology Year Theme Activities" for Haimen Installation; Shanghai Shunheng Logistics Co., Ltd.'s new plant project installation project, Nanjing Pukou New City core area comprehensive management The gallery installation project and the electromechanical installation project of Lianyungang Sunshine International Building have won the Shanghai Quality Installation Project Award "Shen'an Cup" for three consecutive years.
